Payment Schedule:

• $300 non-refundable deposit due upon receipt of application. The deposit is due within 7 days of making a telephone booking.

• Send early to ensure your place: $300 deposit
• February 1, 2004 - $1000 due
• March 1, 2004 - $1000 due
• April 1, 2004 - Balance due

A pre-pilgrimage travel kit will be shipped to you approximately 25 days prior to departure provided final payment and departure tax has been received

• The application fee and deposit of $300 is non-refundable.
• Up to February 1, 2004 - cancellation fee: $500
• After March 1, 2004 - cancellation fee: $1000
• After April 1, 2004 - No refund except as contracts with suppliers allow for doctor certified medical reasons.

In addition charges incurred to cancel arrangements will be added to above cancellation penalties. Cancellation penalties for airfare are subject to the rules of the applicable fare.

Refund for unused arrangements:

Unused arrangements, services or features of any tour are not refundable or exchangeable unless agreed upon prior to departure.

Late Bookings:

Subject to availability and conditions, you may book a tour between 30-14 days prior to departure. However, overnight delivery charges will be assessed when necessary to provide documents for late reservations as well as a late booking fee of 50 dollars per booking.

• Round-trip airfare from a US airport of origin (to be determined) and London
• Comfortable accommodations
• Deluxe motor coach
• All scheduled sightseeing, entrance fees, and guides

Tour price does not include:

• Your transportation to and from our designated airport of departure to take the scheduled international flight
• Travel/medical insurance (supplement available and recommended)
• Tips for items of a personal nature (such as room service, beverages, meals, telephone and valet charges, etc.) are not included in the tour cost and are left to your own discretion.
• Group tip for bus driver - Approx. 50 pounds per person.
• Departure taxes - Approx. $75 per person.
• Your transportation cost to meet the group if you take your own flight to England and miss the group departure from the airport.
• Fees for passports and visas; laundry; telephone calls; wine, liquor, mineral water; sightseeing and services other than those specifically mentioned; personal items; excess baggage: foreign airport taxes
