(Fly to Copenhagen, Denmark on Friday, May 20 arriving before 11 am on Saturday morning, May 21. Depart from Helsinki, Finland after 9 am on Monday, May 30)
Payment Schedule:
• Send your deposit as soon as possible to ensure your place.
• $750 non-refundable deposit due
upon receipt of application. The deposit is due within 7 days of making a
telephone booking.
• Send early to ensure your place:
$750 deposit
• January 1, 2011 - $1200 due
• February 1, 2011 - $1200 due
• March 1, 2011 - Balance due

shipped to you approximately 25 days prior to departure provided final payment has been received
Cancellation policy:
• The deposit
of $750 is non-refundable.
• Less than 8 weeks and more than 4 weeks prior to arrival:
50% non-refundable.
• Less than 4 weeks: 100% non-refundable
In addition charges incurred to
cancel arrangements will be added to above cancellation penalties.
Since cancellation rules for international and domestic flights, day tours that include flights, train tickets and cruise liners, are stricter than normal cancellation rules, Illuminated Journeys cannot refund any of those services booked through us. We strongly recommend that all our clients take out comprehensive travel insurance to avoid dispute in case of cancellation.
Refund for
unused arrangements:
Unused arrangements, services or
features of any tour are not refundable or exchangeable unless agreed upon prior
to departure.
Late Bookings:
Subject to availability and
conditions, you may book a tour between 30-14 days prior to departure. However,
overnight delivery charges will be assessed when necessary to provide documents
for late reservations as well as a late booking fee of 50 dollars per booking.

price does not include:
• Your transportation to and from this tour.
• Travel/medical insurance (strongly recommended)
• Tips for items of a personal nature (such as room service, beverages, meals, telephone and valet charges, etc.) are not included in the tour cost and are left to your own discretion.
• Group Tip for bus driver - 30 Euros per person. (suggested)
• Your transportation cost to meet the group if you arrive later than noon on the stated arrival day, and miss the group departure from the airport.
• Fees for passports and visas; laundry; telephone calls; wine, liquor, mineral water; sightseeing and services other than those specifically mentioned; personal items; excess baggage: foreign airport taxes
